I can't remember if you get a tooltip or if you have to actually click on them. Use the progress tracker to find everything English. The only way that I can think of is to open the Navigation window and keep checking star systems. Replaces the Starbound Soundtrack with tracks from the mobile game Honkai Impact 3rd by miHoYo.

(Any given vanilla planet has a unique coordinate pair and name that works for every vanilla player.) I tried searching on Google and the Starbound forums, but neither came up with anything useful. Random? I thought it was procedurally generated, which is close but not the same. And it's not possible to search for a system by name due to it being randomly generated, although you can bookmark that system if it's interest you. Some might found a system coincidentally same as your, some not.
